- Where do orders ship from?
- Texas. Orders ship crated on a freight truck and are delivered curbside.
- How is freight priced?
- By the zone of the delivery state and the total crated weight of the order, from a published table. Read the delivery guide
- Can I order online?
- Yes, for orders up to 700 lb total crated weight that ship in standard crates, paid by card. Quantity prices on benches and expanded, perforated and mesh cans are applied at checkout. Quantity orders of picnic tables or slatted receptacles (five weigh more than 700 lb), larger orders, the 8 ft welded tables, purchase orders and tax-exempt orders go through a Project Quote.
- How do returns work?
- Every return needs an RMA number first. Ask for an elective return within 30 days of delivery, and report concealed damage within 5 business days. Read the returns policy
