Shipping and delivery

Every product is in stock and ships crated or palletized by freight truck (LTL) from Texas to the curb at your site, in the lower 48 states and DC. Lids and spare liners ship with their receptacle. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations are quoted.

Freight price

Freight is one charge per order, set by your delivery zone and the total crated weight, from the published table on our Freight & Delivery page. Enter your ZIP on any product page or in the cart to see it before you pay. Online checkout covers orders up to 700 lb; heavier orders, purchase orders and tax-exempt orders use a project quote.

Free freight on orders of $10,000 or more

Orders of $10,000 or more (after quantity prices, before tax) ship free to the lower 48 states and DC, liftgate or limited-access delivery included.

Delivery service, chosen at checkout

• Freight: dock or forklift. The base rate: the truck backs up to a dock or you unload with a forklift.
• Freight + liftgate (+$75). No dock or forklift: the driver lowers the crate to the ground at the back of the truck.
• Freight + limited access, liftgate included (+$100). Parks, campgrounds, schools, churches, HOAs, municipal sites, farms, construction sites and residences.

Appointments, inside delivery, unpacking and assembly are not included unless confirmed in writing. Changing the address after the freight is booked may add the carrier's re-consignment charge, at cost.

When the truck arrives

Count the crates against the bill of lading (BOL), look for damage, photograph anything you see and write it on the BOL before the driver leaves. Open the crates and report concealed damage within 5 business days. We file the carrier claim; damaged, defective or wrong items cost you nothing (see our Returns page).

Transit times by zone are shown on the Freight & Delivery page. They are carrier estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
